Data note|Figures are aggregated from quarterly 13F snapshots filed with the SEC and cover quarter-end long positions only (no shorts, options or intra-quarter trades). Filings report the quarter-end market value (SEC requires it at the last trading day's close), so "total value ÷ total shares" = the quarter-end price — not an institution's actual purchase price. Net flow = change in shares × reference price, and the reference price is switchable above: quarter-end (default, from the filings) or quarter average (from market data) — either way it measures how many shares institutions bought or sold, not the price move between quarters. For research only — not investment advice.
